About The Guest House
The Guest House is bright, spacious and fully furnished; Perfect for the professional commuter wanting the comforts of home during the work-week. It has a private entrance at the back porch or a shared entrance in the foyer. It has a brand new air conditioning unit and gas forced heat.
The newly carpeted bedroom has a Queen bed with dresser, night stand and a large closet. There is a private bath with a shower and includes towels and linens.
The Chef’s kitchen boasts granite counters, cherry cabinetry, tile floors, new stainless appliances, gas stove, French door refrigerator with ice and water on the door, disposer, dishwasher, and a pub dinette. It has all you need such as plates, glassware, flat ware, and cookware in addition to a Keurig and toaster oven. An adjoining ½ bath and full utility room, complete with ironing center, full size washer and dryer, ample cupboards and hanging space completes the kitchen area.
The kitchen connects to the dining room by way of Wet bar/pantry and wine Chiller. The dining room has hard wood floors, an upright piano and seats six at a full size Duncan Phyfe drop leaf table. Sit back and relax in the comfortable, carpeted living room in a Broyhill leather recliner and couch w/ Queen pull-out while enjoying the huge flat screen tv with Cable. All utilities are provided, which includes cable, wi-fi, electric, gas, trash and water.
